Bernard Lischwe, LCSW, CAADC, SAP earned a Master’s of Social Work at Norfolk State University in Virginia and a Master’s of Pastoral Counseling from St Louis University, MO. He is licensed by the State of Illinois as a clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor (CAADC). As a designated substance abuse professional (SAP), he performs substance abuse evaluations for the Illinois Department of Transportation.
With more than 35 years of experience, Bernard has treated children, adolescents, adults and families using crisis, individual, group, marital and family therapy. He has worked as a counselor in Missouri, Virginia, Iowa and since 1997, in Illinois.
